Scotch Bonnet Chillies, Cooking Apples, Onions, Red Peppers, Cider Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Malt Vinegar, Apache Chillies, Armageddon Chillies, Garlic, Salt, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Smoked Paprika, Ground Ginger.

This is not a mild table sauce.
The Scotch Bonnet, Apache and Armageddon chillies bring serious heat, with sweetness and acidity underneath to keep the flavour balanced.
